  • I'm just getting into this and haven't watched all of your videos. Can you tell me what's up with the discharge setup, the screwdriver, cord and alligator clips? Or in which video you cover that?

  • @aphramet Yes, we do have a video on Safely Discharging An Arcade Monitor. There is also a post on our website that goes along with the video if you need more details. Thanks for your question and good luck with your future repairs.

  • With the ground wire, where does the other end go? I understand the ground wire is there in case of a failure, then the charge will go down the ground wire. Is that correct? One end goes to the neck board, where does the other end go? Onto the CRT, but where exactly?

  • Always a good idea to unplug game. You never know who or if anyone has modified the wiring especially on conversion games.

  • awesome!

  • very nice vid

this can be a bit intimidating the 1st time u do it but its rather simple if u done just as he says

  • Great video

    Thank you

  • I have to say, you guys do a really great service the arcade cab owning community. I've never seen such detailed explanations and videos anywhere else. I've done my own research on a few other sites, but nothing has taught me as much or given me as much confidence to do the work myself as your videos- and you even answer user questions directly in your podcasts! I think I speak for a lot of people when I say we really appreciate it!
