***UPDATE***
I've beaten that record several times since I did that video I actually got the S Rank. I also reached the ultimate rank of the game (lovin machin). I did the same for the Ouendan 2 game. Here is the screenshot of my rank for the ouendan2 game:

This is my replay of the last song of the Elite Beat Agent game I just finished on the 06/02/2008. I now have access to Agent Kahn but I'm still at the "Legendary Agent" Rank but I'm planning to reach the "Lovin Machin" Rank :-)
