I have an idea of how to chop of 3 minutes from this fight sequence.
Simply stand by the ladder...and
push them off =0

At 3:15 I would've loved to hear Batman yell, "ROBIN! HELP ME!" in sheer terror as his cowl was about to be removed.

@blenheim7 I agree. At 3:18 the two henchmen could have held batman as The mad Matter kneeled down and removed his cowl.

This was probably the longest fight sequence in any episode of Batman. Interestingly enough, it was also by far the longest sequence (nearly a minute) in which Batman was helpless as Mad Hatter and his henchmen took turns choking him, grabbing at his cowl, and stomping on him as he lay with his head dangling over the edge of the water tank. Robin eventually rescued him, but he really looked pathetically weak and helpless for a long time in this fight.

Tell me about it - I was afraid I was going to have to split this into a 2-parter. (There is a 10-minute limit on these postings) I sat at my PC and muttered, "come on already" -(hee-hee) Just like Robin, I felt like saying, "well?...well?"
