He was innocent. They got a call about an armed man. Those 2 guys fit the description, police stopped them & u see he gets shot. Afterwards police found out he was an unarmed tourist walkin the streets just like most ppl do in south beach...for the story just google: VA Man Killed in Miami & u will get a bunch of related stories.
