This is so wrong in many ways. Even thou she was walking by she should not have been trespassing. The man for crying out loud did nothing wrong, just in the kitchen making coffee. She should be put in jail for being a Peeping Tom and trespassing. So being a naturist (nudist) is a way of life for some people. So if this woman has a problem with a man doing nothing wrong but being naked in his own home then she might as well be arrested and shove a dildo up her vagina.

Apparently the judge was willing to let him off with a warning saying:

"If stupidity was a chargeable offense, we'd all be in jail"

The woman who initially reported the man (to her husband, a police officer) said she wasn't satisfied with the outcome but was willing to let it go.
