    The CIA is the "tip of the spear" of creating terrorism around the world, not stopping it. Taking out enemies years later when they are irrelevant to the causes they were involved in is nothing to be applauded.

    Scahill: Gathering intelligence "generally the business of the CIA. Uh, no. The "general business" of the CIA is orchestrating coups and solidifying western puppet/client states.

    Gathering intelligence in war time capabilities of other nation-states during peace time could just as easily be done by the army absent a separate agency.

    It's time to kill the CIA. It assassinates, runs drugs, props up tyrants, stages coups, and breaks the law. It's a rogue organization.
