3/16/2010- Genpact Ltd. (NYSE:G) announced a secondary public offering of 28 million common shares.
The shares are being sold by certain shareholders and consist of affiliates of General Electric (NYSE:GE), General Atlantic, Oak Hill Capital Partners and Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC).
The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to 4.2 million additional shares.
Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) and Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) are lead book-running managers of the offering. Citigroup (NYSE:C), UBS (NYSE:UBS) and Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) are serving as joint book-running managers. JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM) and Wells Fargo are serving as co-lead managers.
