Criticizing the Renquist court .. well shit Ogletree you're a liberal he's conservative ... duh!!! You oppose him beacuse you both disagree with him and don't understand him.

Clarence Thomas, sadly continues to represent his mediocre intellect for all to see. His absolute refusal to ask even a single question in session derides his legacy, a slap in the face of the extensive and impressive legacy of Marshall and all supreme court justices.
Thomas is a disgrace.
