  • the stack part of stack and tilt means loading up with your weight favoring your front foot. sean said he does not like moving his weight side to side. just because he uses the word stack does not mean he has a s&t swing. his stack is staying on top of the ball not moving forward and more forward which is the biggest principle in s&t. he knows what he is talking about hes a fucking pga player

  • @dcdgolf1 Firstly you need to learn the definition of stacked before posting again. Secondly the logic that he knows what he's talking about due to being a PGA player is flawed, knowledge is not bestowed upon players following Q School. He is merely regurgitating what Sean Foley has told him, who by the way is not a PGA tour player but is portayed as knowing what he is talking about. Have a good one.

  • Best part is when he lossed flex in his right leg so his hips could turn. Then said he did not do it.

  • This swing is not s&t. Watch more videos and do some more research on the differences between the two. Honestly, having weight centered and then foward at impact is the easiest way to hit irons.

  • stack and tilt is very bad for sore back!!! risk. stack and tilt is bad health.

  • @zman362 careful! you almost know what you're talking about in the first couple of sentences. easy on the handsy advice. on the contrary, the ball cares very much about the pivot. this is a major ingredient in having a compact, repeatable swing. players methodically tweak their set up (even grip at times) to work the ball, so all they have to do is rely on their pivot.

  • @shaggy1738 we might believe you but we might not care!

  • @GolfSwingRebel no, knowledge is not bestowed upon players following Q school, but i do think Sean O is quite knowledgeable! this was a nice vid, i'm glad you shared it! the whole "S&T" crowd are beyond annoying! they are collectively over-sensitive and BESTOW too much credit upon their false idols--plummer and bennett. name one winning player or even one well known player on tour who uses S&T?

  • Y'all will never believe me but Sean O'hair is my dads 2nd cousin

  • @dcdgolf1 Congrats on being a high level player, doesn't mean you know what Stack and tilt is. Stacked is not vague at all, stacked means your three centers (shoulders, chest, and hips) are in a line "stacked" over the middle of your stance. You are misinformed about sandt, it DOES NOT prescribe a weight shift to the front foot in the back swing. 45/55 weight dis favoring the front foot and it stays that way until the down swing. Not different meanings, just your misunderstanding.

  • WHO CARES??
