Zach, such a good due... I remember when he was overtaken by the spirit and came out of SouthPaw's in Shreveport, LA... He couldn't stand so I stood for us.. dude was reeling not from liquor or drugs but what he just sang about, it tore him up!!! This song makes me cry everytime i hear it. I lost my twin sister to luekemia around the same time this song was popular. I dedicated it to her at our prom that year. Thx nixons for writing a great song that helped me and probably others through a difficult time. R.I.P Sadie......I still see you when i close my eyes.
