Presenting my first custom scenery set made for RCT3. Although I modeled frequently for No Limits, it took me a while to try the RCT3 Importer. But this set was special. It had to be made. And I might as well do it myself. Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe was a pioneer of the International Style and a detail and precision maniac. His ever present 90 degree angles also fits very well the orthogonal grid of RCT3. It was a great way to start with CS creating.
The video starts with a simple display of every piece of the set. Then the show starts. I recreated 2 of Mies major works, both in Canada. TD Center in Toronto and Westmount Square in Montreal. Both built with a maximum of (doable) accuracy, at full scale. The surroundings are reduced to flat land and vertical cliffs. Both complex of buildings sit on a huge podium, just like a model would sit on a display table.
Therefore, this is not really a park. I did however managed to include a few rides in unexpected places.
And these are just two suggestions among many building possibilities.
You can get the set at Vodhin's community pages, in the download section. The set includes 57 pieces. And I'm contemplating the idea of making much more! But for the moment, enjoy the show!
