My Teaching Philosophy

Every teacher has a teaching philosophy. Mine is:

All children can learn.
However...
"Learning is more than absorbing facts, it is acquiring understanding."
"The capacity to learn is a gift."
The ability to learn is a skill."
But, the willingness to learn is a choice....
Show children that they have to power to choose in life.
To make good choices.
Teach them to choose to be lifelong learners.
And Remember that...
"Teaching is more than imparting knowledge, it is inspiring change." - William Arthur Ward
Teach children that...
"You must be the change you wish to see in the world". -- Gandhi
