Well, I cannot say what hell is.
But, many people have had dreams, visions, and while dead experiences of hell. All of those have something in common. That is, they see no children in hell. Have you seen anywhere otherwise?

I haven't noticed. There are sites of people who have had near death experiences. They would have that kind of information, I suppose.
