This is a short tour of one of the Cages in Long Kesh during the period 1971-1976. Since there is no "real" video of just how the Cages appeared from the inside, this clip is an attempt to give the viewer some idea of how they looked. The buildings, and some of the props, were constructed using Google SketchUp 7. These were then imported into Reallusion iClone 3 Pro, using Reallusion 3DXchange, where the whole thing was put together, rendered and exported. Final editing was done in Avid Liquid.

Thanks for the comments. I know that the Gates, among other things, aren't 100% correct - but the limitations of my time and the software used when I produced this clip forced me to take advantage of some "artistic freedom".

I was on remand in cage 9, then the Crum. The rest of my time was divided between 20, 13 and 17 before being moved to Magilligan after the fire. On the night of the fire I was in 13, so I do know how the place looked like - including the football fields.
