Welcome to Samsons Fit Bodies Gym, a personal training gym, and home of Rob and Renee Samson, certified personal trainers. We are a husband and wife owner/operator fitness team. We have been sculpting bodies since the mid 80s. Our lifelong experiences have come from the worlds of soccer, competitive bodybuilding, pro wrestling, cheerleading, and children with special needs.

Our passion for our clients success and our warm cozy atmosphere is second to none. There are no contracts, no membership fees, and no high pressure sales staff. Our gym is not a scary, intimidating, overwhelming, big gym environment.
