how the fuck was that bad form? this is the first time ive seem someone do heavy weights with seated db press all the way down til he touches his delts. and thats on youtube

Hey dude, you say your 6'3" and 235. I am 6'3" and 170, I have a few q's for you. One how long did it take you to develop that strength. Two. What are your maxes in Parallel Squat, Push Press, Bench Press, and Leg Press. Three. Do you have any tips on how to get bigger and stronger?

I don't squat heavy anymore, but I'm sure I can still do 550-600. Bench press in the mid 400's, push press somewhere in the low 3's. Leg press depends on the machine, but usually 16 plates a side for 8-10 reps. As far as getting bigger and stronger, train as hard as you can...and eat high quality food every 2-3 hours.

How much do you weight and how tall are you. Most of the guys I've seen lifting 120's are pretty thick/stocky. You've got good power going up. Awesome lift.
