EPA Boss Lisa Jackson: Recycling as a jobs, environmental, energy and water program.

Lisa Jackson, head of the U.S. EPA, was interviewed by D.r Oz, whose last question was, "What is the most important message you can send to people?" Ms. Jackson's answer is that if there were an 80% - 90% national recycling rate we could create millions of jobs and recycling would become its own supply chain. She said to think of it as a home-grown jobs program, environmental, energy and water program all in one. We would have a cleaner environment, save a tremendous amount of water and energy and create millions of jobs.
