  • yes, normally you build directly from the prim rezed my the mirror, but if you want to make the symmetry of something already built just put the scripts in each prims and voila :)

  • Does it mirror sulpties correctly? I don't mean mirroring the sculpty map itself but the actual settings for the prim. I've tried a couple of mirror scripts but I they don't seem to flip sculpties correctly.

  • yes it does, with the new version 2.0 which now can do sculpty, tiny prims, buildings (no more zone limit), flexi prims, and included 5 stand poses.

  • nice fast-thru of the build ;-)

but, the freebie "prim mirror" seems to do the job here. do you have to put a script inside each prim to be replicated?

  • no you don't have to put a scritp in all the prims, the first prim I rez from the mirror contain already scripts in it, so you just build your stuff from that prim and the just click symmetry button and you're done, plus you have the textures and all reflected too, things that the freebie prim mirror don't do.

  • so.. u are not the object creator.. mmm.. if the ppl inspect the object, get ur name...

  • no, you are the creator, because the first thing that you do when you get the mirror is read the manual, and it explains to you the few steps you have to follow to make yourself the creator of the prims. So after that, all the prims you will rez from the mirror will be your prims, full perm :)

  • Outstanding. I spent HOURS last night messing with rotation of distorted torus based spikes for an outfit I was designing trying to get it symmetrical, and ended up working so late I'm now late for work. So I'm thinking the next purchase is the Symmetrizor.

  • Thanks. I have a shoe I already built, will I be able to simply drop your script in them and mirror the shoe?

  • ohh well, better! x)

  • That is indeed some nice evolution of Jeffrey Gomez s freebie prim mirror with mail texture setting, it s about the same but automatized, very clever!!! Great job here Malex =)The option to get glow back rules, bravo =)
