  • I have to be honest... this video told me nothing beyond common sense. Just what was covered in the opening 10 minutes of a university course I did. I was hoping to gain some kind of insight into how the systems work practically (i.e. a demonstration or something). It's just a glorified advertisement for this system dumbed down so the average joe can understand it,

  • This is a way to cut salespeople out so companies can make more money. You can do all of this by really talking to someone and just getting to know what they are looking for. Androids in the future will have upgraded CRM software that will link humans to products while the androids "fill in" the personal gap. Don't believe me? You will know better when an android reads your purchase history to you when you want to buy a golf cart for retirement.

  • This is a great video

  • you have some great stuff here

  • love the video man

  • Pretty informative video that covers the 1 2 3's of customer relationship management (CRM).

Ad-on applications to Outlook clients are a convenient because they implement a process to manage valuable information in one place. Since many people use and are already familiar with Microsoft Outlook, it reduces the learning curve to learn something new.

  • @tnralliart2600 with all due respect, if you have done as you said, a university course, what the hell are you expecting to get from a 7 minutes youtube video? i don't think that joe is the dumb one here......

  • anyone use vTiger out there? it is know as the true open source. no worries. I use it and somewhat satisfied.

  • I use Salesforce for CRM. Very useful!
