    I have to be honest... this video told me nothing beyond common sense. Just what was covered in the opening 10 minutes of a university course I did. I was hoping to gain some kind of insight into how the systems work practically (i.e. a demonstration or something). It's just a glorified advertisement for this system dumbed down so the average joe can understand it,

    SugarCRM is ok guys, I tried it out. But honestly, I needed more and it didn't give. I was paying for too many products until I found a nifty tool called IMPACT Office. There is a good review on it at crm-software-reviews. net

    My definition of CRM is very simple. It's not new. We have been managing CRM for hundreds if not thousands of years .......Deliver client delight/excellence, increase customer base and reduce inefficiencies. You're on dodgy ground when you entitle a video 'What is CRM'. KISS principal!
