  • Dude you are awesome!! Thanks for sharing, I learnt so much. One of the best videos on swiming on youtube.

  • Being tall such as 6ft is an advantage in swimming ?

  • nice teaching, thanks.

  • Great description thanks that was very helpful thanks

  • It sounds difficult and a bit strange. I've never swum in this way. I think you don't swim too fast in this way...

  • goog explanations for the main two faults of catching: streched arm and dropped elbow catch

  • well... did it work..are you "faster" ???? this stroke sounds hard to do...

  • OK I'm working on this. The first time I tried I could barely keep my head above water and it threw my timing and breathing off completely. The second time I stopped kicking mostly and just concentrated on arm movement. The right arm is catching on faster than the left. The best way I can describe the motion is it's like a spider's legs walking on an imaginary surface, an arm plus hand's depth below the water! I beginnning to get it...but will not work on anything else this week.

  • Holy Mackeral......I have been swimming my whole life and never been taught this......looks very promising....can't wait to work on it!
