Inuyasha got him pretty good... That's how he met Rin, after all.
Um, Megetsuhi was close to killing him before he got bakusaiga and his arm back.
Other than that, I don't think there were many 'close calls' with him. He IS a daiyoukai, after all.

I think that there are 5 movies, but the 5th one is only in japanese. It might of been just released in Japan... i'm not sure.

There's only 4 movies. Affections Touching Across Time, The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass, Swords of an Honorable Ruler, and Fire on Mystic Island.
