Lake Placid Blues -a great song written by Tony Joe White. It was recorded live by Lenore and Paul using 2 Roland AC 60 amps at Beach Art Music Festival Tannum Sands Australia.

  • Thanks for reply..I have ordered AC60 and will get in 3-4 days. But read some reviewes about not having tweetar , hiss noice and other. since you are using it, what is your opinions on this , pl reply.

  • @MOHANMSHARMA Hi I am using the AC60 and my new Zoom Q3HD over the next week to get some more videos up on youtube. I am recording direct out of the AC60 & there is no hiss. When I am using the AC60 I don't miss not having a tweeter, it sounds fine. You should be using your's soon so you'll see what I mean.

  • Hi Mohanmsharma, we use 2 AC60 amps. There are two input channels in each amplifier. We use one channel for guitar and one for vocals. You can download the manual online to find out exactly how the amp works. Just Google AC60 manual. cheers Paul

  • I have the AC 60, I struggle a tad with it being a tad trebly.....what are you typical using for Bass-Mid-Treble settings? Other typical settings?

Liked the song BTW. Nice job

  • @jazzbass12 Hi jazbass sorry to take so long to reply, I have tried half a dozen times but it just wouldn't go through. Here goes: My AC60settings are [Piezo] [Shape on] Bass 3 Mid 2 Treble 2.5. Delay half or more. I don't like treble that cuts your head off or honky middle so I cut the treble to suit & bring in the mids just enough to fill the sound a bit but not get too boxy.

Hope that helps. Thanks for your comment. Cheers Paul.

  • Great…Nice voice…, I inspired to purchase a Roland ac 60 amps, can u tell me , that we can add two guitar and one mike in AC 60 as you are singing together with 2 guitars and a mike…pl advise

  • Great... Really beautiful

  • @brairan

Sorry briaran, I have never heard or used the AC90 so I don't know if it sounds any different. The AC60 has enough power for our needs because we can line out into a bigger system. If I didn't have a bigger PA system I think the extra power of the AC90 would allow you to play bigger rooms.

  • how do you think the roland ac 60 and ac 90 wich 1 is better?
