How far up do you insert the tube? I've heard everything from 3 to 4" to 12".

Open top enema bags flow much easier than the closed type you showed here. They are better too because you don't have to stop the enema to refill the bag as the top is always open. It can be difficult to start the flow on the closed bag, you need to start the water flowing so you get a siphon started before inserting the nozzle.

Hi I have been reading and watching videos about enemas, I just ordered a bag kit and I am so nervous and not sure how often this procedure should be done once a week? and some say enemas are not good for you because the water will strech out your colon and you will become dependent on enemas. Have you had any negative experience? and how often are they safe to do?

I totally agree Have been doing Colonics for past three years and they have made a difference Also once a month i will do a cleansing enema In my familly we were taught that enemas is good for health and we were regurlly cleaned out.
