You know what, I gotta love Cheney. He is war criminal who knows he is going to get away with it. This is what a normal criminal would do, if the people who are responsible for bringing you to justice don't have any interest in doing their job, then you wave your "dick" around and challenge their impotence. If you want him to shut up, then investigate and prosecute him. If not, then all there responses from Obama and Biden are just a waste of time.

That is the issue right there.  Karl Rove is making that part up. Biden never said he was with the President for hours.

How can you compare the two. Even if the plagarism accusations were totally accurate it didn't happen while he was a VP or even in public office. As oppose to Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld etc. They were in office and responsible for this country and its citizens. It amazes me how the Rigth tries to wash everything. Rove lies and could have faced prosecution but since Biden plagarized a paper 35 years ago in college well its a wash? That is insane!

First of all, does it really matter how long ago he did it? The point is that he did. Secondly, no one is labeling anyone with a "scarlett letter". The fact is, when you are a public official, VP at that, you are held to a much higher standard than those of us that can sit around and gripe. If you want to talk abt "scarlett letters", should we name all of the one's pinned on Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfeld, Bush 41, Qualye, Reagan, etc, etc, etc?

Biden must think all of us idiots if he thinks we would beleive that Bush was alone for hours at a time with him...in the Oval Office no less. Most members of his own party can't be in a crowded room for that long with Biden.

Are you comparing something that Biden did 35 years ago in law school and 20 years ago during a speech to Karl Rove's antics. I mean really. Why is it that when the Dems do something they have to wear it on their chest like the Scarlette Letter. And Biden didn't call Karl Rove a liar to my knowledge. Oh and check the facts on that plagiarizer thing.

I'm not assuming anything. You are the one making assumptions...assuming that I would automatically think Bush should keep quiet if he were to talk. The conversation was allegedly between Biden and Bush alone...so if Bush wants defended he needs to be a man and do it himself. Not get his attack dog to passively aggressively call Biden a liar. There's nothing statesmen-like about it.

Biden could be lying, but there's no reason to assume EITHER way, as you have done.

the fact of the matter is, if bush keeps quiet you are automatically assume that biden is NOT lying because if bush were to say it's not true you are going to believe him, right? i think not. also, if bush DOES come out and say biden IS lying, you are going to say that bush is attacking the obama admin and should keep quiet since he is no longer pres. he can't win either way so bush himself is doing the RESPECTABLE (and statesman-like) thing and not commenting at all...

and the type of argument that you are promoting is what? negative? nasty? opinion for the sake of insulting? what do you expect to accomplish with attacking personally instead of arguing the facts? wouldn't you rather debate based on logic rather than supposition?
