  • they say the xr650r is the fastest offroad vehicle honda has ever made

  • @zkl1995 I would have to agree with them.....

  • the would be good bikes if the they put the upside down forks on them

  • They are good bikes.....Inverted forks aren't very good in very dirty, sandy, muddy conditions because your fork seals take a beating. This bike has the forks it has for a reason. It was built for running the Baja and it IS the undisputed champion of off road racing.....hands down.

  • It's backed by more podium finishes than any other brand/model. The power to weight ratio and durability is unmatched. Yes it does need some tweaking to make it shine....but when set up correctly this bike is arguably the baddest off road bike in existance...All factors considered

  • It kills everyting else at what it's designed to do....run open terrain. It leaves 450s in it's dust

  • @baseball415 They slaughtered the competition with those conventional forks in Baja every year. Including bikes with USD forks! How are they not good bikes because of the baja proven forks?

  • This thing curves?

  • @redc5vetteguy yeah thats cool :), i have had my right knee reconstructed and it has its moments.. usually at the worst of times hahah, so thats why i like the quarter litre motors, just helps me a bit thats all

  • @hayden3612 i've owned 2 cr500's before the 650 i currently own.. the 650 is SO SO much easier to kick than a bike like the cr500.. even a cr250 with a fresh top end is harder to kick than a 650. Now those bikes would be nice having an e-start on.. especially the 500. 650 has such a long stroke you can get a good long swing on the kick starter. thats probably why its so easy. but anyway to each our own i guess :)

  • @redc5vetteguy i know what your saying about that, i tell most guys to suck it up as i haven't got a electric leg on my honda anyway, but being a 250r its a dream to kick over especially with the fuel injection, i think for most guys that own a 650r would like an electric start because its such a big piston to get moving, just my two cents thats all.

  • @gotmybabyboo yes its too heavy.... for weak people.

  • @hayden3612 why does everyone care so much about e-start???? unless you have a bad hip or bad knee or something and can't physically kick a bike you shouldn't want/need an e-start. Its laziness... i can't imagine how tired and whiney these type people get out on the trail

  • @FlightinmyVeins haha yea
