Uto & and the people is a 19 min animated music film about Uto and humans.

UTO is a cartoon character created by Erik Wingqvist. Uto & people have been made as a semi-improvised image and music show in 2002 - a collaboration between Erik Wing Quist and the band Kürten.

The backbone of the music was already recorded in 2002 and also some of the instruments that were used in the show. Some years later, Erik Wingqvist had done eight large posters on the theme and 2008 Cedmoy had the opportunity and time - during a course in media - to put the music and the poster images together in an animated movie wich was screened to the public at Inkonst in Malmö, Jan, 2009.
