Howdy to you, and welcome to another video, my 36th straight video for my juice fast.

I only have 20 days to go to complete my fast now and with over 50% of my weight already lost I am feeling pretty damn good!

Today I talk about my weight loss and then about how some sweet juice was waaay to sweet for me today, and how if you are thinking you could not do a juice fast to think again, but I used to think like that.

Enjoy the video and I'll see you tommorrow!

  • Juicing is tasty! What type of juicer do you use?

  • @RestaurantEquipment I am off the juice fast now having finished all 56 days, but I was using a Breville - It was awesome. You can see it on day 40 video. It never missed a beat!

  • @overwhelmingtraffic I'm glad it worked out for you! Great job sticking it out.

  • @RestaurantEquipment Well I have finished my juice fast now but my weight loss is still happening (much slower). I am enjoying a vegan lifestyle and exercising harder and life is good! Thanks again

  • I agree about the too sweet fruit juice. Now days I'll do like 1/8 of a melon with 1/8 pineapple and dilute it with water. Breakfast only. I'm on my day 36 and I've lost only 30 lbs. Weight loss has slowed down :( and I think it's because of my workouts. I need to change them up. I notice the days I skip my workout are the days I lose 0 lbs.

  • @mGaUuRiL Yeah way to sweet for sure! Congratulations 30 lbs is awesome! Interesting about the workouts, and yes it would make you want to continue them for sure if it helps with weight loss. Keep up the good work!

  • @tweezee1976 Yep you need to know where you are going and focus on the end result and the rest seems to pretty well take care of itself. I have not tried a just water or just watermelon fast. I would recommend most people use a good mix of vegetables and fruit to get as much nutrients as they can for their first fast, but you obviously know what you are doing having done it every year for the past 5 years. Well done !

  • @Wnerd Yes I watched that movie as well, amazing and highly motivating. ha ha I have had some nasty juices in the past but recently I am trying just about anything and all taste ok to me. Interesting about fish and chips my american visitor didn't know what it meant (she is from texas) so I figured most US folk would not. I am not using watermelon much these days but it's a good choice for juicing because it will give you a lot of juice (but sickly sweet as well).

  • @pontiacblk Sorry to hear about your allergy. Ouch went to hospital, not good at all! Still you have lost 12 lbs already so that is great. Glad to hear you are still on track so please keep us posted on your progress!

  • @OfficialSandbox Good on you for giving it a go. Yes headaches are the norm in the first few days. But you know what? Just prepare for it as best you can and before you know it you will be past them and into your fast and feeling better (a lot better). The headaches are your detox and the first few days are usually the worst. Good luck I know you can do it ! I am here for help if you need it.
