This is an original exercise routine consisting of various moves from Tony Horton's One on One and P90X workouts. I will not demonstrate any of the exercises; the best way to find out how to do the moves is to get the DVDs.

Plyo 720:
13-24: Repeat 1-12
Plyo 900:
25: Wacky Jacks (90 reps)
26. Egan Brothers (90 reps)
Plyo 1000
27. Sumo Chair (25 reps)
28. 80-20 Jump Squats (right leg): (15 reps)
29. 80-20 Jump Squats (left leg): (15 reps)
30. X-Jacks (15 reps)
31. Rock Star Hops (15 right, 15 left)
Correction: At the end of the video, I mention "Squat Jacks" but meant to say "Press Jacks."
