I have Registry Victor (free version) and it scans the pc and fixes errors that slows down the computer. Does this program do that same thing?

THIS THING WRECKED MY COMPUTER, I just wanted it to be faster but this thing is the virus not the link!!!!! THE PROGRAM ITSELF IS INSTALLING ITSELF INTO PARTS OF YOUR COMPUTER WHENEVER YOU RUN IT!!! DO NOT USE IT AND IF YOU DO LOOK UP A GUIDE ON HOW TO REMOVE IT, yes there is a guide on how to remove it, just use google to help but I reccamend a full system restore, ANTIVIRUS WILL NOT DETECT IT SO DON'T BOTHER, I USE McAFEE
