You know, last night I told my Mother that I believe the music she listened to when I was in her tummy, and soon after is now my favourite music, all of my favourites are around 1973 ish, my birth year. Nice to see and hear you in this clip, and Nia is just a wonderful person.

I loved how Nia didn't think it was the place or time to sing on the Today Show.....besides, and Im not trying to an a@@ but they just weren't equipped to handle the realness of a Nia getdown. You don't ask a Lady or a Queen to sing a lil' somethin'. You give them the whole stage and get out of the way.
(dramatic I know...haha...........but its still true)

You are so funny...and so kind. Nia was very tired that day because the Today Show called us to do the show the day after she was in the New York Daily News. She did not get much sleep and we were not told that she would be asked to sing. But at least she smiled.
