haha so basically they are admitting that a shoe with a high heal ( like all of their shoes have had for years ) is actually not a good thing.

not the proper techinique to go heel first, it has benn extensively proven in lots of studies made by shoe companies, Discovery Channel and Mens Health. Its just about seeking for the proper information. Many shoe companies only want to sell, totally true, so I strongly suggest to research deeply before buying running shoes.

@467076 Yes and no. If they weren't good at making shoes ie. making money then they wouldn't be a successful shoe brand. But they're finally understanding that running isn't something you just take for granted, and definitely not similar to walking in term of biomechanics. If you ever see an experienced Vibram (or any barefoot-style) wearer run, you would understand.

@adamdude15 They all just want money. They saw how much people like vibrams and how much they bought. So they tought hey lets make some of our own too who cares what the runners want i just want more and more money.

EVERY major runing shoe brand is now on the band wagon of smaller heel drops.... For 25 years they had 12+ mm drops, now in the space of 2 years they have all changed.
