  • wow ive been trying to find a way to put up my hair in a ponytail for sooo long.im an amputee and im missing my left arm, a bit passed the elbow, and doing my hair is such a bother when i cant do it myself!its always been a big put down to me and i get upset when i cant do it.i always have to aske my family friendsa and boyfriend to help me with my hair.i was wondering where i could get a toggle so i could try doing this myself? thank you soo much your a great insperation!hope to hear from you.

  • i broke my arm last week and have a full arm cast on, i always wear my hair up as its thick and shoulder length, i found this by goggling.. very impressed!!! ihave actually made my own band by getting a large decortive button and a metre of strectchy round elastic.. total cost approx $3au... super cheap... just need to keep practising now.. thanks heaps
