That Louis Moreno Ocampo will be investigating Kenyas post election violence will not come as a surprise to many. What may be surprising however, is who will receive indictment letters once Ocampo is done; the Kenya national commission on human rights has already published names of those it believes may be culpable for the violence. The Waki report has done the same, Kenyans do not know who is in the Waki envelope. These two reports have now increased in importance, as Ocampo has stated openly that he has, and will be relying on them to build his case. Could these two reports determine who will take the walk of shame into the dock at The Hague? John-allan Namu reports on who has been mentioned so far.
