Ah yes, the good ole days when a crash on the last lap doesn't end a race prematurely, and racing back to the checkered

It was this kind of Daytona and Talladega racing that made me fall in love with Nascar. I hated that there for about a 5 year period from 2001-2005 Dale Jr and Michael won nearly all of those races but they were exciting as hell to watch. We got back to that point a little bit this year but it's not close to being like this race here was. There was more passing in the 10 laps here than in probably the entire Daytona 500 this year.
