  • THE WHOLE THING IS EDIBLE!

  • @brianandsharon07 umm the choke is inedible... re-watch the video...

  • WTH are you people talking about? The CHOKE is the fuzzy part, you do NOT eat that!!!! The heart is not the choke, it is the HEART. She took out the flower petals & the fuzzy choke. The heart is still there, re-watch the video.

  • what the frak???

I just cook the whole thing and rip of the leaves one by one, "scraping off" the jummy bits with my teeth. Then when all the leaves are gone I cut into the heart. This feels like a waste :S

  • why bother cutting off the tips if youre just going to cut that whole part off? just sayin :\

  • What a waste of an expensive artichoke.

  • Cutting fail @ 0:38

  • I stuff mine with bacon, then wrap it in bacon. Then i put it in the oven, season liberally with bacon. When it's done, I remove the artichoke, and there it is: bacon!
