  • Free continued: Higher elbows on pull.

    Breast (above water): Great line and extension!!!

    

  • Breast: Ankle flexion looks great! Lock elbows on the press, press out wider (which will help you hold water better around the corners).

    Fly: Faster tempo, established from your kick. Maintain the rhythm of the kick. Get your elbows higher (above hands) on the pull (fingers pointed at the bottom).

    Back: Hips are low (which means you need to get your chin back). Point fingers at side wall during pull. Keep wrist and forearm solid (one unit) during pull.

    Free: Left arm is pulling too wide.
