Final Fantasy's aren't sequals or prequals. You obviously haven't played more than 1 final fantasy game. If you think Xenosaga changed things between episode 1, 2 and 3, you should have very little to say about the changes between final fantasys. Not to mention Xenosaga II was a major step backwards for the development team. The battle system was new and fresh, but it didnt allow any customization of tech attacks or anything. It was slow and clunky, and the graphics look like they got worse.

Yeah, closing the whole series up in 1 episode felt rushed.

I think most of the voice actors/actresses did an amazing job in the English version actually. That is another one of the reasons why the 2nd game tanked, because they changed the people doing the voices.

3 was okay, I enjoyed playing it. It was still too short IMO.
