And here is how our new adventure begins... Sarge, our beloved Basset Hound. Scarlett, our darling Miniature Dachshund. And our newest pet - a fish.
After fussing with Scarlett over her dinner, Sarge can't wait for Mommy to get home. It's about that time. Just as the front door opens, Sarge redirects his howls to happy barks that Mommy is home! But wait just a dog biscuit second, what is that in Mommy's hand. Sarge is beside himself on this new aquatic pet that Mommy has brought home! A befuddled basset, Sarge was. Asking in a low bark tone, "why are you swimming around in a good bowl of drinking water!?"
I have used the interpretation of Disney's Finding Nemo to set our 4th video of Sarge's life. The opening sequence is one of my favorites.

Thanks sow much! This is just such a cool way to document the growing up stages of your Basset! From baby step to the beast he is now at 50 lbs and almost 10 months old!! The next story will come in January 2007!

Somewhere beyond the sea! That was awesome! Chaps and Emma were watching as well. Let Sarge know, that when he barked at the fish, Chaps and Emma were helping him! Great Video, Cat, Chaps and Emma

Thanks you guys! Been working on the concept for a while. Sarge is just so in tuned with his surroundings. Anytime anything moves or changes - he doesn't like it at all. Big Hugs for you Cat, Emma and Chaps! Happy New Year 2007!!
