Temperance Reel

20 years of not playing sure takes it toll with only three weeks of practicing. lol Not to mention the evident problems in my timing I need to work on but I DO believe I may just be able to learn to pick again. :) Some folks asked me to upload this song so if anyone is still interested in learning my version of it I really don't have the time to tab it all out but I'd be more than happy to break it down and slow it down very slow in another separate video for learning purposes. Also, I've been asked to come up with a Tony Rice like version of Church Street Blues that a few wanted to learn since Tony didn't really slow it and break it down much in his instructional tape, so look for that one to pop up in the near future if there is still enough interest in folks wanting to learn it. great stuff, I wish I was that rusty!!! what model of Martin is that? is the large soundhole factory or did you have it done?

Thanks man! It's actually a Martin Sigma d-28 Herringbone, from what I can find out there weren't many of these made, it's one of the very first. I've had it modified quite a bit, larger sound hole and have had the braces shaved twice. I thought it sounded good to began with but the mods I think helped it a lot more. Appreciate you comment. :)
