umm...i think you meant 操 （肏） and not 屌。。。屌 means dick, so that doesn't make much sense...also, it's not 那個，it should be 操你媽了個屄！

You're right, but 屌 can also be used as a verb.
Concerning the second point, Google prooves your right. 你媽了個屄 (returns 700 results), 你媽那個屄 (only 150 results).
We'll see with the post-production guys...
