this was during a band camp and probably the first time some of them had played it so lighten up. Big Red Band is always the best in the land . As for the comment on uniforns watch other vids this is just practice at camp. Class of 1988 , Baritone,
Trombone jazz band.

THE RED AND WHITE
The red and white of Parkersburg High
Oh give three cheers for Parkersburg High,
The fairest in the land.
The girls and boys in loyalty cry.
"Well ever by the stand".
And if on some unfortunate day,
Our land is in distress,
The red, the white, our colors will say,
"Depend on PHS".
This is Ohio States ALma mAter..and you all gave it NO justice!

I always had an issue with the Alma Mater in that it constantly sounded like a bunch of drunken sailors playing "Come Christians, Join to Sing." While this doesn't sound like drunken sailors, it is rather brass heavy, which is most likely because of where the camera, and hence the mic, was placed. In any event, I feel like it was a good job on the Alma Mater, but I'd really look into balance and blend if it really wasn't the camera's fault (which I think it is).

I taped this off my digital camera and the problem is with both the brass "trumpets" and my position.
