If you are having trouble viewing the video, try clicking the "HD" button. If that doesn't work, try starting the video a few seconds in. It's a YouTube glitch and is happening with many videos lately.

I absolutely REFUSED to pay to see this film. It was recently released to cable television, and with the new audience that will now be seeing it, I figured it was time for a new round of dissection!

This is a breakdown of "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed."

I'm not going to be countering every single mistake made in the film; it would simply take too long. What I am attempting to do is present each of the major themes of the film and showing how it presents itself in one way but is nothing more than a "bait and switch" tactic from start to finish.

Part 1: The Sales Pitch
In this part we get the opening arguments from Stein and the bulk of their "sales pitch" to why we should consider ID.

I apologize for the shaky camera. I didn't have any where to set up a tripod.

  • Why wouldn't id belong in the classroom? why can't we see it from both povs? because of separation of church and state? well separation of church of state was to protect the church from the gov't to prevent having the church become a hand of gov't and turning the country into a theocracy

  • @jinzodude easy...what is the evidence FOR creationism? Not evidence against evolution...FOR creationism. If there is no evidence to examine, then it can't belong in science class because that is what science does. So present your evidence FOR creationism. Ready? Go.

  • @KingHeathen & your evidence for evolution is ? what Lucy a skull made up of several pieces of human skull & the skull of an ape glued together in a futile attempt to try to make cro magnon man? silly how you want to buy evolution so badly you're willing to throw science out the window in order to try to prove your ignorant loaded with gaps theory

  • @bud385 wow...you really don't have a clue, do you? OK, I'll try to help...How about as evidence for evolution: Chromosome 2 ERV's Genetics The fossil record Anthropology Archeology Geology Observed speciation Observed genetic drift Observed mutations ... Do I really need to go on? And are you aware that we have MANY Australopithecus fossils? Lucy was only ONE of them! I bet you didn't know that. What else do you reckon that you don't know?

  • @blazereef Matter is eternal. Nothing created it. And creation is an action of a realm in which time exists. The only logical position one can take if you are to believe in a God is that the Universe is God.

  • @bud385 Doesn't matter. Science teaches to look at the world and deduce your conclusions from the evidence you gather. Whether you believe in evolution or not do you believe it is appropriate to teach that God controls our brains and look at psychology and psychiatric studies through that lens? Do you believe in being open minded or forcing people to look at something through a God did it lense? If Lucy was all that we had found it wouldn't change that science = conclusions from evidence.

  • @jinzodude Because Intelligent design, Creationism or whatever you want to label it is religion. What creationists and unintelligent christians are proposing is to take religion outside of church and teach it in the classroom. Church is God's house. If I want to learn about biology and evolution I go to school. If I want to learn about God I go to church. You can't be open minded if you present a conclusion like a creator created the universe and see everything through the eyes of that claim.

  • It is wonderfully ironic that you posted this on the anniversary of Galileo first turning his telescope to the sky. Btw, that guy that supposedly found those planets? Nope. The whole movie is a propaganda piece, period.

  • In Refrence to "QUEENHEATHEN"

The only proof I see here is, ANYBODY CAN BE AN IDIOT! U PUG FACED BITCH! You and all your opinionated busybody bullshit will be your only claim to fame, as the epitome of "WHAT A FOOL BELIEVES". Take your long winded diatribes and stick them up your ass.

Ben Stein and all his credits as a scholar does circles around this Poor Joke of a human being. An embarrassment to All Americans!

HAVING LISTENED TO THIS TARD, WILL MAKE YOU THAT MUCH DUMBER FOR IT! WORD UP

  • look, anyone arguing the "you think everything came from nothing" nonsense: if something as simple as matter needs a creator, why not something as complex as god? if something as complex as god doesn't need a creator, why does something as simple as matter? creationists fail, ALWAYS
