Here is what happened to Ryan:

Ryan was apart of the plan. yes. He dissapeared when Gabriella faded away, and never came back.

The Second Part Of The Ending:

Troy and Sharpay had a little baby girl 2 years after getting married. They named her Trinity. Selena (Gomez) still remains as Sharpay's best friend, and even moved next door. Troy and Sharpay still are completely inlove with each other, and as they always say 'Forever And Always'.
