It's time you folks start obeying the constitution and enforce it! Take your freedom back Don't ask for it as the constitution guarantees it...DEMAND IT! If all else fails TAKE IT!.

No such law exists on the books in California. I live in CA and throughout 2010 and 2011 I've bought ammo online and had it shipped to my CA address. I think CTD was thinking the proposed bill was going to pass. It didn't.

I swear man, we can't use guns for self-defense. That would be ok with me, but then they go and ban knuckles and sap gloves. What the hell are we supposed to do.

As an add-on to what I previously stated, residents cannot buy any mail order ammunition and if you go out of the state and purchase ammo, you cannot bring it back into the state, as it would be a felony if you are caught doing so. That is another reason why I can't wait to get back to Texas.
