The pump was a hydraulic pump with a pressure intensifier getting it up to 35000 psi (ish) The nozzle i have no idea :( I was doing software not hardware
Awesome, but why would one need to cut tangentially by water. I mean tangential cutting is necessary for saws but waterjet!? or it is just to show an example of mach3 vb scripting capabilities?

This was done so you could glue in other colors.. The glue is placed on the 45 seam that was cut. So it is more then show ;)

fantastic once you realise what its actually doing! a great example of tangental cutting using the galil
what intensifier were you using?
was the tangental cutting control code programmed in mach or in galil?

That is all done in Mach3... You just load 2D gcode and the rest is automagic ;)

I can't hide ;) It is a setting on the "Settings" screen. You just check that you would like to have Tangential on..
