There was one moment where the aliens arms in the space ship was outside the ship at the start, try hiding them when he climbs in, also when they talk look at the waveform of the audio in flash and animate the mouths accordingly so its in sync, it was well drawn in the environments, try rotoscoping some movement if you have the time to get that true 1/1 animation.
other then that great first attempt, much better then my first flash called blobman

@dannybizal Thank you for a good comment! and i agree on all those points. :) On the quicktime viewer the voices are much clearer and the music isn't as loud i think that is a youtube thing :( but yes, cheers for the comment!! :)

Great attempt!
One thing I will say is that for a good animation you need a smooth animation, the arms on the alien at the beginning of the movie jolt, which if you have time would be one thing I change. Also the Aliens arms appears to go through the spaceship.
I would also either lower the music score, or raise the audio of the Aliens to make it more clearer what they are saying.
Overall though a really good attempt at your first animation! Keep up the good work! DannyB from gamers Crib :)
