thats not his mom.. if you remember in the first mission of the game he was holding a picture at the table in his hand. he puts it down when big smoke comes in to greet him (with a bat). then at the end the camera zooms into the picture. THAT was CJ's mom. CJ has a bunch of random pics around his house of characters you see walking around.
