Transferencia and Sirva-se at PS122/Invisible Dog.mp4

In Transference, I will gradually put the candles in different parts of my body, and from the position of each candle, I perform certain movements with the body to carry fire from one candle to another. A body part that has a lighted candle takes the "light" to another body part that has an unlit candle, igniting it, and thus the whole body starts moving. Meanwhile, I use a system of tubes that go from my mouth to each of the candles, so using my breath, I blow out a candle after having passed the fire to another.

This video was recorded during a performance took place in September 2011 by PS 122 / Invisible Dog (New York), sponsored by the NPN.

At the end of the presentation, at the request of Vallejo Gantner, we conducted a brief (but essential) Help yourself workshop, a work in which Gabi and I invite the public to participate in water games.

It was a special night: the first a silent performance conducted by the fire and then some water fun games!
