A video documenting the build of my Honda Ruckus as we swap in a Kymco 125cc engine among other mods. In the video you will see a blow by blow of how it all went down. There is some riding towards the end of the video that was taken in the last couple of days. This project is nowhere near complete, I've just been riding it as is over the summer and now that winter is approaching we'll be taking our project zero on to stage 2. Stay tuned for more...

The song played is Nevertheless by the Brian Jonestown Massacre

  • does the agility forks fit on the ruckus tree?

how about the rear wheel of agility...will it fit on the ruckus?

  • The clamps were cut off the ruckus' steering tube and re-welded onto the steering tube of the ruckus. The agility's forks are too wide to fit the stock ruckus clamps. I'm not 100% sure the rear wheel would fit a stock ruckus either, but it might, the agility's 130-70/12 is almost the same diameter as the ruckus' 130-90/10

  • nice build i wish i had the resources to do a swap i really dont want to pay somebody to do it and there is only one other guy in my town with a ruck and he dosnt have the resources either.

  • Thanks! I lucked out in finding the guy who helped me with all the major fab work on mine. Otherwise this thing would have never been half as custom as it is now. BTW is this SPUDXY from TR??

  • yeah thats me y u askin

  • just makin an edjumacated guess :p
