MGS4 "BIG BOSS" Speed run "RedZone" method

Metal Gear Solid 4.

"RedZone" method

-Type: Speed run
-Difficulty: The Boss Extreme
-Condition: No kill, Alert, Continue, Recovery Item, Special Item and Less than 5 hours.
-Note:
This is the method that I use for speed run.

This method is one of the hardest methods in MGS4.
A very delicate timing and skill are necessary.

I prepared 3 success samples.

newbish question but like at 0:13 how do u switch ur weapons so fast i try and i have end up havimng to go to that screen to choose the weapon really fast and i mess up :( but other than that this is really help ful i may put up a response to this =D thanks cosmos for the method but still need help with the sweitching guns dammit :(

It is necessary to change wepon setting into "pribias"(I don't know word of this type in English ver.) type in option. If you set it, you can change a weapon just to push R2 button once.^^

I DID IT! OMg im So happy! great video..took me a lot tho but I saved a lot of minutes.

U have any for Act 3???? cuz Im aware that there's a way for the Ressitance member take other routes, such as the ladder climbing in the 1st part...tho I still don know how to pull it off awesomly...

@LeonMGO This may be 2 years after your question but whatever. Go through the settings and put "Weapon Swap" or something like that to "Recall".

I always get spotted by the guy on the left in the fenced area either as I run to the corner or as I roll. I've seen 3 different guys do this without getting spotted.
